Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Woofvio, either as a pet business owner (trainer, groomer, walker, sitter or other) or as a client using the client portal or a sign-up link. By using Woofvio you agree to them. Woofvio is operated by Safepaws LLC, Katy, Texas ("we", "us").

Accounts

• Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, and keep your email address current so you can log in.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

For businesses

• You own the information you put into Woofvio, and you can export it at any time.
• You are responsible for having your clients' permission to store their information and to contact them.
• You are responsible for your services, prices, schedules and agreements with your clients. Woofvio is a tool to help you run them.

Subscription

• New businesses get a free trial. No card is needed to try Woofvio.
• After the trial, Woofvio is a paid monthly subscription at the price shown on our home page and in Settings, Billing. Stripe processes the payments.
• The subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings, Billing, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund partial months.
• If a payment fails or the subscription ends, your data stays in Woofvio and you can still export it. Your clients' portal and booking pages keep working.
• If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

For clients

The client portal shows information your pet-care provider keeps about you and your pet. Questions about your sessions or payments go to them.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to access other people's accounts or data.
• Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service

We work to keep Woofvio available and accurate, and we keep improving it, so features may change. Woofvio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We recommend downloading an export of your data regularly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Woofvio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the service.

Ending use

You can stop using Woofvio at any time. Trainers can export their data first. We may end access for accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
